IANTD ADVANCED NITROX DIVER

This Program is designed to extend the diver’s knowledge in the use of Enriched Air Nitrox for Sport diving. The purpose of the course is to qualify divers to safely make dives up to a maximum depth of 42 msw, with required decompression stops up to a maximum of 15 minutes.

Prerequisites (these requirements must be met prior to the start of the course):

Must be a qualified IANTD Deep Diver or equivalent.

Must be a qualified IANTD EANx Diver or equivalent.

Must be a minimum of 15 years old.

IANTD ADVANCED RECREATIONAL TRIMIX DIVER

This Program is designed to extend the diver’s knowledge in the use of EANx for Sport diving, and to supplement the skills of Recreational Trimix Divers. The purpose of the course is to qualify divers to safely make dives up to a maximum depth of 51 msw, with required decompression stops up to a maximum of 15 minutes.

Course prerequisites:

Must be a qualified IANTD Deep Diver or equivalent.

Must be a qualified IANTD EANx Diver or equivalent.

Must be a minimum of 15 years old.

Proof of a minimum of 30 logged dives or sufficient experience to satisfy the instructor that the student has the ability and knowledge to continue into this level of training.

IANTD TECHNICAL DIVER

This Program is designed to train divers to conduct dives to depths between 30 msw and (at the instructor’s discretion), up to 51 msw using custom blend breathing gas mixtures. To gain a complete knowledge of the limits of any EANx mixture, and the use of EANx and Oxygen for decompression. The knowledge and skills taught in this program are more than adequate to qualify divers to perform dives outside of training up to a maximum depth of 51 msw.

Course prerequisites: (requirements must be met prior to start of training):

A minimum of 18 years of age or higher.

Must be qualified in IANTD Advanced EANx Diver or equivalent

Proof of a minimum of 100 logged dives, with at least 30 deeper than 27 msw.

IANTD NORMOXIC TRIMIX DIVER

This Program is designed to train those who wish to dive to depths between 39 msw and 60 msw (Noromoxic) or 70 msw (Normoxic Plus), but who do not wish to breathe air below 39 msw. This Program is also designed to train divers in the safer use of Rebreathers for dives using normoxic helium-based gas mixtures.

Course prerequisites:

IANTD Advanced EANx Diver or higher or equivalent.

Must be a minimum of 18 years old.

Must provide proof of a minimum of 100 logged dives, of which at least 30 were deeper than 27 msw.

IANTD TRIMIX DIVER

This Program is designed for those individuals already involved in deep diving activities, but is not intended to be used as an enticement to divers who are content to remain in Sport or EANx diving limits.

Course prerequisites:

IANTD Technical Diver, Technical Cave Diver, Technical Wreck Diver, Normoxic Trimix Diver or equivalent.

Must be a minimum of 18 years old.

Must provide proof of a minimum of 200 logged dives, of which at least 25 were to depths between 42 msw and 60 msw.

IANTD CCR DIVER AIR OR TRIMIX DILUENT

This Program is designed to train competent divers in the safer use and technology of CCR for dives requiring up to 15 minutes of decompression. The course may be conducted to a maximum depth of 51 msw, provided the students are qualified as Advanced Recreational Trimix Diver or 42 msw provided the students are qualified as Advanced EANx Diver.

Course prerequisites:

Must be a qualified IANTD Advanced EANx Diver or higher

Must be a minimum of 17 years old.

Proof of a minimum of 30 logged dives or sufficient experience to satisfy the instructor that the student has the ability and knowledge to continue into this level of training.
